Lex Hygiene is a specialist hygiene services company whose mantra is “our business is keeping you in business.” The company delivers first-class cleaning services for both internal and external areas, helping clients comply with current legislation and insurance requirements. Including Air ventilation cleaning, grease ducting cleaning, Deep cleaning, High level cleaning, external Soft washing, Pressure washing, Doff Steam cleaning and Pest control. Which form the benchmark for Lex Hygiene’s cleaning strategies.

The team is highly trained, with staff holding the necessary qualifications to carry out professional cleaning. Lex Hygiene works closely with clients to schedule work at convenient times, minimizing kitchen downtime and financial impact.

The Sales Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Doncaster. This role supports the sales function by processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and preparing quotes and invoices. The Sales Administrator responds to customer inquiries, provides product and service information, and ensures a professional and timely follow-up on all communications.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with the operations team to schedule services
  • Updating CRM or internal systems
  • Generating basic reports on sales activity
  • Filing, data entry, and supporting the sales team with documentation and scheduling

Key Tasks

  • Contribute to a positive, service-focused customer experience

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in order processing and sales support, including handling quotes, invoices, and basic reporting.
  • Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks, such as data entry, record keeping, and document management.
  • Comfort using office software (e.g., MS Office) and CRM or similar systems.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work on-site in Doncaster and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in a commercial services or facilities/cleaning industry is an advantage.
  • Relevant education or training in business administration, sales support, or a related field is beneficial.
