- Based at: The Greenhouse, Beechwood Business Park, Inverness, IV2 3BL
- Role reports to: Office Manager – Laura Maclean

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Sales Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Tailormade Moves team through exceptional administration, customer service, marketing support, social media management and the use of modern AI-powered tools. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, creative, digitally confident and passionate about delivering a brilliant client experience.

CORE ACTIVITIES OF THE ROLE
- Brand Compass — Uphold our Brand Compass in all tasks and communications.
- Customer Service — Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Phone & Enquiry Handling — Answer calls and manage enquiries professionally.
- Email & Online Enquiries — Respond promptly and effectively to digital enquiries.
- CRM & Records — Maintain accurate client, property and sales records.
- Property Listings — Upload and update listings across websites and portals.
- Administrative Support — Support sales agents and management with admin tasks.
- Marketing Campaigns — Assist with planning and delivering digital and traditional campaigns.
- Social Media Management —
- Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Monitor activity, respond to enquiries and support brand growth.
- AI Tools — Use AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance efficiency, content creation and communication.
- Data & Insights — Analyse marketing and social media performance to support growth.
- Client Relationships — Build positive relationships and demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Brand Representation — Act as a positive ambassador for Tailormade Moves.
- Team Collaboration — Work effectively with colleagues, clients and partners.
- Professional Conduct — Maintain a respectful, proactive and professional attitude.
- Workload Management — Prioritise tasks and manage workload independently.
- Decision-Making — Make pragmatic decisions and remain calm under pressure.
