We’re now looking for a Sales Administrator to join our fast-paced sales team in Hemel Hempstead. If you’re detail-driven, tech-savvy, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is your chance to contribute to our continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage sales orders for IT products and services with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer and product data using Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with technical teams to verify product details and ensure accurate, competitive pricing.
- Act as a liaison between sales, customers, and internal departments to support clear and effective communication.
- Respond to customer queries, providing prompt, helpful information and outstanding service.
- Handle administrative support tasks including documentation, reporting, and scheduling for the sales team.

What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales administration role, ideally within the IT sector.
- Confident using Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Good understanding of IT products, services, and trends in the tech industry.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
