Operations & Compliance Coordinator
Location - Peterborough (Hybrid)
Salary - £28,000 - £30,000 + Bonus
The Opportunity
Lanova Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing specialist finance brokerage to recruit an Operations & Compliance Coordinator for their expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and ambitious business that prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service and tailored finance solutions across the UK.

The Role
You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring finance applications progress efficiently while maintaining high compliance standards and delivering an excellent experience for clients, lenders and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day processing of finance applications alongside the broker team.
- Coordinate documentation between clients, lenders and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems.
- Liaise with lenders and finance partners to progress applications through to completion.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in line with company and regulatory requirements.
- Support compliance processes and maintain high standards of record keeping.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and internal processes.
- Provide general administrative and operational support across the wider business.

About You
- Previous experience in an operations, administration or coordination role.
- Experience working within a compliance-focused environment, ensuring processes and documentation are completed accurately.
- Previous experience working within an asset finance, commercial finance or finance brokerage environment is highly desirable and will be a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
