Sales Administrator 6-Month Contract | 3 August 2026 - 29 January 2027 £38,618 Salary Hybrid Working | London or Reading | 3 Days Per Week We are partnering with a global technology organisation that is recognised as a market leader in digital experiences, software innovation and customer engagement solutions. An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a high-performing commercial team supporting sales and marketing functions across the UK market. This position is ideal for an ambitious graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in sales operations, revenue operations, business development or commercial strategy. The Role You will be responsible for researching target accounts, identifying decision makers, maintaining CRM data quality and supporting lead generation activities. Your work will provide valuable intelligence that enables sales and marketing teams to engage the right prospects and accelerate pipeline growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed research on target companies and key stakeholders using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, company websites and other sources Identify decision makers, influencers and buying committees within strategic accounts Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists for sales and marketing campaigns Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records Ensure data quality, consistency and completeness across systems Support lead generation and account-based marketing initiatives Research company information including industry, headcount, growth trends and organisational structures Produce account intelligence that supports sales outreach and engagement strategies Assist with reporting and dashboard management within CRM platforms Collaborate closely with Sales Development, Marketing and Revenue Operations teams Required Experience Experience using LinkedIn for prospect research or lead generation Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics Strong research and analytical capabilities Excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Desirable Experience ZoomInfo, Cognism, Apollo or similar sales intelligence platforms Sales Development Representative (SDR) support experience Lead generation, business development or sales operations experience Exposure to SaaS, technology or digital media environments What You'll Gain Experience within a globally recognised technology organisation Exposure to modern sales, marketing and revenue operations functions Opportunity to develop expertise in sales intelligence and account-based marketing Collaborative, high-performance team environment Excellent platform for progressing into SDR, Business Development, Sales Operations or Revenue Operations careers Next steps to apply: Apply now or email your CV for immediate review.
