Sales Administrator (Full Time – Glasgow HQ)

We’re seeking a smart, systems-savvy Sales Administrator to join our Mission Control team.
Location: Glasgow HQ (just off George Square).
This role is ideal for an experienced administrator looking for a fast-paced, rewarding challenge.
About the Role
The Mission Control team serves as the operational hub of our business, ensuring all deals and events are processed and published daily on itison.com.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling a high-volume workload under tight deadlines.
- Processing deals and events from early contract stage through to:
- Checking data accuracy
- Fact-checking content
- Copywriting promotional copy
- Selecting and correcting images
- Identifying and fixing errors
- Managing daily email campaigns, including:
- Ensuring the correct business features are listed
- Writing engaging, attention-grabbing subject lines and copy
- Overseeing and maintaining our in-house hotel booking system, Reservations Manager
- Liaising with business partners via email and phone to resolve queries and ensure live deals
- Supporting sales, marketing, and customer support teams by:
- Troubleshooting operational issues
- Steering compliance with guidelines
- Providing updates on new deals and feedback
- Collaborating across departments on:
- Day-to-day operations
- Seasonal campaigns
- New projects to enrich itison members’ experience
- Assisting with any ad-hoc tasks needed to support company growth goals
