About the role:

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing support to the Sales personnel by coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and assisting customer enquiries.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the sales team operates efficiently, delivering a high level of service to both internal stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities as the Sales Administrator:

Key responsibilities are to provide internal sales support to help Ignition deliver a high-quality sales service and to become the “go to” security software distributor.

You will be responsible for:

Get help applying for this job
  • Providing in-house sales support to internal and external sales personnel
  • The creation and administration of quotations
  • Handling inbound customer orders, checking they are complete and accurate
  • Directing inbound sales opportunities to the relevant business units
  • Liaising with Customers where information is missing
  • Information input and maintenance into Salesforce CRM to ensure reports are accurate
  • Assistance in production of sales forecast reports
  • Assisting with Forecast & Pipeline
  • Dealing with incoming partners and opportunities
  • Being able to understand the sales process
  • Any ad hoc duties as defined by your line manager

Person specification:

  • Experienced in a business environment
  • Organised, structured, and efficient in your work, with good attention to detail
  • Flexibility, and the ability to work successfully in various environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player willing to share information and foster a positive team environment
  • Self-Motivated
