Sales Administrator
Sales Administrator – Customer-Focused Support Role
Site-Located (Downpatrick, Tullamore, or Cookstown)
A dynamic support position within a fast-paced, customer-driven food business—connecting Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure seamless commercial execution.
About the Role
You’ll play a key support role as our Sales Administrator, managing customer accounts, promotions, and product initiatives. This hands-on position demands strong organisation, accuracy, and communication skills to deliver reliable commercial support across multiple brands.
Successfully working in teams, liaising with both internal colleagues and external partners, you’ll cultivate sharp analytical skills and thrive in a high-energy, operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Support
- Maintain and update customer pricing and data files for accuracy and accessibility
- Submit and track promotional activity, managing customer promo timelines
- Support forecasting processes by updating demand forecasts as needed
Product Assistance
- Coordinate new product launch documentation and ensure deadlines are met
- Compute and present sales reports, providing data-driven analysis for the Commercial team

Administrative & Customer Liaison
- Deliver day-to-day administrative support across key customer accounts
- Liaise with internal teams and external retail partners, ensuring clear communication and on-time delivery
The Ideal Candidate
Strong candidates will possess:
- Disciplined organisation with a meticulous attention to detail
- Confidence working with data, numbers, and tight deadlines
- Proficient in Excel (or willingness to learn new systems)**
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Archived experience in an office-based or commercial support role—any related fields welcome
Experience with SAP or retailer portals is beneficial but not essential.
