Help Drive the Growth of an Ambitious Business
We're looking for a commercially curious, organised and proactive Research Executive to join our client's Commercial team.
This is far more than a research or admin role. You'll work alongside our Business Development Manager and senior leadership to identify new opportunities, research target clients, map decision-makers and provide the commercial insight that helps us win new business.

What you'll be doing:
- Researching target companies and growth opportunities.
- Building prospect lists and account plans.
- Identifying key decision-makers and buying triggers.
- Preparing client briefing notes and sales intelligence.
- Maintaining CRM data and supporting targeted campaigns.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is naturally curious and commercially minded.
- Enjoys research and turning information into opportunity.
- Is confident using LinkedIn, CRM systems and online research tools.
- Is organised, proactive and eager to learn.

Experience in sales research, lead generation, recruitment research or business development support is beneficial—but attitude is everything.
