What You’ll Do
You’ll be the backbone of our order processing operations:
- Accurately enter and process customer orders in ERP/CRM systems
- Validate pricing, customer details, and required documentation
- Perform quality checks to ensure orders are complete and error-free
- Manage turnaround times and prioritise urgent requests
- Liaise with Sales and stakeholders to resolve queries
- Correct errors, support rework, and maintain system accuracy
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you need:
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Experience in order processing, billing, or similar workflows
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
