Sales Administration - Account Growth (Existing Customers)

The Role
This Sales Administration role focuses on supporting existing customers.
Your core responsibilities:
- Securing long-term renewals and growth through administrative support
- Ensuring churn prevention via extended contracts
- Driving additions to accounts via targeted administrative processes
You’ll provide conversational backbone for our commercial team, coordinating quotes, proposals, demos, and contract execution whilst keeping accounts engaged for future growth.

Key Responsibilities
Account Growth Administration
- Track opportunities for customers to upsell/cross-sell additional Kinetic services
- Draft quotes/proposals based on our pricing structure and templates
- Schedule and ** coordinate customer demos** (agendas, follow-ups)
- Follow up on customer interest via timely communications
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g Commercial, Products) for timeline guidance

Documentation & Compliance
- Produce accurate, professional quotes/Contracts from templates
- Liaise with Finance/Commercial on conditions/requested changes
- Review quotes, contracts, and orders for accuracy prior to issue
- Create and maintain on-brand sales materials (presentations, pitch decks) from templates
- Consider customer focus in documenting proposals/elevators pitches
- Update and streamline companywide reusable templates
Tender & Renewal Support
- Help existing customers monitor and register for RFP opportunity windows
- Coordinate vendors, deadlines, and content in tender responses
Co-ordination Backbone
- Reporting and CRM: Customer meetings, follow-ups, onboarding invites, tracking in Salesforce
- Surrogate service progressed: Customer-facing admin queries (and directing them)
- Diariet all internal/external customer touchpoints closer
Requirements
Core Experience
- Administrative co-ordination (multi-tasking with attention to detail)
- Comfortable working with pricing and Excel (intermediate plus visibility)
- Business software efficiency (PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM tracker at standard)
- Proactive mindset (� action items follow-up and escalate when needed)
- Strong professional-communication (in writing) + friendly commercial customer liaison

Nice to Have
- Salesforce or CRM experience
- Prior roles in sales support, commercial co-ordination, or account management
- Tender or bid response preparation experience
- AI tools process automation or document drafting familiarity
