About us:
Autocraft Solutions Group, is Europe's largest independent engine remanufacturer and assembler, supplying OE manufacturers such as Ford, Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo, Aston Martin, PSA, JCB and many more.
We are also a technology leader in Electric Vehicle (EV) battery assembly and remanufacturing solutions, component machining and engineering services. Sustainability is at the core of everything we do!
The Role:
We're looking for a highly organised, proactive individual to join our Sales Administration Team, supporting our fast-growing EV Department from our Group Headquarters in Belton, Grantham, Lincolnshire.
The role will involve working closely with our EV team, and alongside our Sales Administration team, delivering efficient and professional support to one of our largest EV battery customers. As the department continues to grow, there may also be opportunities to support additional customers in the future.
This is a communication focused role, requiring regular interaction with both external customers & internal departments, building strong relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will be responsible for managing replacement battery orders from initial order acknowledgement through to final delivery, ensuring customers are kept informed every step of the way.
You will be the voice of our customers; those being the garages, dealers, customer warehouses, regional sales & service departments and the ultimate OEM customer, delivering a high standard of service, providing clear and timely communication, and escalating issues promptly when required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
