Sales Administrator & Customer Service Advisor – From £24,850, depending on experience - Portsmouth
Are you the sort of person who keeps everything organised, spots the small details and enjoys helping customers? Do you have experience in customer service or sales administration and want a role where no two days feel quite the same?
The role Radiators 4u is looking for a friendly and organised Sales Administrator & Customer Service Advisor to join our Portsmouth team.
You will be a key point of contact for customers, supporting them from the moment they place an order through to delivery. You will also help keep the sales process running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a varied role where good communication, attention to detail and a calm approach will make a real difference.

- Process customer orders from our websites, eBay and Amazon
- Answer customer enquiries by telephone and email
- Provide updates on orders, deliveries, returns and products
- Contact customers about delays or unavailable items
- Check orders and payments for accuracy and security
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams
- Keep customer and order records up to date
- Support the sales team with day-to-day administration
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for product information
- Help maintain and improve internal procedures
- Resolve customer concerns in a helpful and professional way

The person Previous customer service or sales administration experience would be helpful.
You will also need:
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage several tasks at once
- A practical approach to solving problems
- The confidence to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using SAP or a similar system would be an advantage.
