Hours
Full time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role
Joining our busy, fast-moving Sales Administration department, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and current records of our vehicle stock. Reporting to the branch accountant, your responsibilities also include ensuring tax compliance and prompt invoicing of vehicle sales to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
For this position, you will need to demonstrate:
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong collaboration skills and the independent initiative to operate effectively in a team

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Accurately and promptly bring purchased vehicles into stock records
- Verify and correct all vehicle stock details in our records and ensure they are accurately advertised online
- Obtain, record, and securely file all necessary vehicle documents
- Apply vehicle taxation in time for customer delivery dates
- Produce accurate, timely, and consistent vehicle sales invoices that align with signed customer order forms
- Verify all sales documentation and ensure payment is received in full
- Develop a clear understanding of manufacturer systems and incentives for new vehicles
