Sales Administrator
Location: Eccles - office based
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE + Benefits
Hours: Mon-Fri (Full Time)

We're partnering with a well-established international business to recruit a Sales Administrator to support its commercial team across multiple markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting a busy sales function, coordinating commercial activity and ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

Working closely with senior sales leadership, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales team, maintaining accurate records and helping the business deliver an excellent customer experience.

The Role

As Sales Administrator, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of the sales function, producing reports, maintaining accurate records and ensuring the wider commercial team has the information and support needed to succeed. You'll also support sales processes, forecasting and CRM management to keep everything running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing regular sales reports, dashboards and performance updates
  • Analysing sales activity, revenue performance and key commercial KPIs
  • Identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement across the sales function
  • Supporting sales forecasting and pipeline reviews
  • Maintaining accurate CRM data and reporting processes
  • Assisting with sales planning and budgeting activities
  • Coordinating customer documentation and commercial administration
  • Working closely with colleagues across sales, finance, operations and customer service
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives and best practice across the commercial team

About You

  • Experience within sales administration, sales support, commercial support or a similar commercial role
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • The ability to identify trends and provide practical recommendations
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive and organised approach to work
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
