Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has emerged for an organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to become part of a tight-knit team. This dynamic role involves variate daily tasks, offering administrative support while delivering exceptional customer service. Full training will be provided on the company’s bespoke software, ideal for someone eager to develop new tech skills and thrive in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring a professional and efficient service.
- Schedule deliveries and coordinate customer orders to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Process customer payments by issuing secure payment links.
- Prepare and send product samples while supporting wider sales administration functions.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Administrator, Customer Service Administrator, or similar office-based role.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- An enjoyment of learning new products and systems, along with confidence in using computer software.
