Sales Administrator

If fully selected, the hybrid approach would launch post-probation. Thereafter, 3 in-office days (Monday–Wednesday typically) are mandatory, with flexibility built in.
Primary Responsibilities
Ensuringoperational effectiveness in our commercial activities:

Data & reporting management
- Collating and presenting analytical data to support senior decision-making within the North Team.
- Developing custom dashboards using Power BI, Excel, Salesforce, and relevant reporting tools.

Contract administration
- Assisting with the administration of complex customer contracts, legal documentation; ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Drafting and finalising correspondence and bespoke engagements for existing/new clients.

- Commercial support
- Proactively assisting Senior Sales Coordinator and wider Commercial Team with calls, emails and ad-hoc tasks.
- Monitoring financial performance and competitor analyses to optimise sales outcomes.

Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum educational standard: A-Level equivalent or equivalent vocational qualifications.
- Technical proficiency:
- Fluent in Microsoft Office suite (Excel advanced, VBA beneficial).
- Experience with Power BI/relational data reporting.
- Administrative experience: Demonstrated ability in sales data management, contract coordination, or equivalent commercial administration roles.
- Soft skills:
- Excellent organisational and collaborative skills, with the ability to interface with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to handling complex enquiries or tasks with confidence.
