Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Office Based - High Lane, Stockport
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Salary: Starting from £25,000 per annum depending on experience
About the Role:
We are looking for a hardworking, confident and personable individual who has an eye for detail. They should be ambitious and want to embark on an exciting and rewarding career with a Business Finance Brokerage. If successful, you will be joining a new, yet successful business with big ambitions and a clear direction of growth. You will need to have an excellent work ethic and be self-motivated. Penumbra is a fast-paced working environment but with a work-hard-play-hard business attitude as a collective. No finance experience is required, and all can be taught on the job, in-house, along with outsourced training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Processing new business approvals received from the Sales Team and managing them through to the end, whilst keeping all relevant parties continually up to date with ongoing progress.
- Obtaining and organising all relevant information and documentation for the deal to proceed and ensuring all compliance is met.
- Building and maintaining a great rapport with the sales team, customers, suppliers, and funders throughout.
- Dealing with ad hoc sale requests and being the first point of contact for calls.
- Provide excellent levels of service to all customers.
- Data input and management of our CRM system
Requirements:
- Confident communication skills with excellent telephone manner.
- Manage inbound customer enquiries via calls and emails, delivering prompt and accurate responses.
- Strong IT skills and is competent in using Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.
- A proficient level of numeracy and literacy with good written and verbal communication skills.

What Penumbra can offer:
- The Employer will pay you a basic salary of £25,000 per annum depending on experience.
- 4% Employer Salary Pension Contributions.
- Annual Discretionary Christmas Bonus.
