Sales Administrator – Part-Time Role at De Vere Tortworth Court

Are you highly organised, detail-focused and enjoy building relationships with people? Looking for a varied part-time role where you can make a real impact?

Join us at De Vere Tortworth Court as a Sales Administrator and become an important part of our Sales & Marketing team.

Working 30 hours per week over 5 days, you'll be an integral part of our Sales & Marketing team, providing administrative support to help attract new business, deliver exceptional client experiences, and achieve our commercial goals.

As a Sales Administrator, You Will

  • Conduct research calls to prospective clients, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Support the sales team by securing appointments with potential clients.
  • Ensure sales reports and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Execute the hotel’s social media calendar and assist with content creation.
  • Maintain hotel marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  • Assist with maintaining content across the hotel's website and online listings.
  • Support the Events team during busy periods and assist with client events, exhibitions and networking opportunities.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • A confident and professional communication style, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with clients, colleagues and external partners.
  • Strong IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Competence using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Previous experience within administration, sales support, hospitality, or customer service would be advantageous but is not essential.
