Waste Sales Administrator | Sales Support, CRM & Commercial Administration
About The Role
Join Safetykleen's growing Waste division as a Waste Sales Administrator and become the driving force behind our commercial operations.
Supporting our Sales Managers, Waste Consultants and Branch network, you'll play a key role in keeping customer agreements, pricing, CRM data and reporting accurate and up to date. Your work will help the sales team focus on winning and retaining business while ensuring our customers receive a seamless experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing customer agreements, pricing, CRM records and supporting documentation throughout the customer lifecycle Producing commercial reports, sales analysis and performance data to support forecasting, pipeline management and business growth Supporting customer onboarding, quotations, invoicing, revenue validation and customer documentation requirements Working closely with Sales Managers, Waste Consultants and Branch teams to ensure efficient and accurate administration processes Maintaining data quality and compliance across multiple systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance & Operations Providing administrative support for commercial initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

£26,000 - £28,000. About You
You're a highly organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With experience supporting sales, commercial or customer service teams, you're confident managing customer information, agreements and reporting across multiple systems. You have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and a good working knowledge of Excel and CRM systems, enabling you to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and delivering a high standard of service.

Desirable Experience
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Finance & Operations (F&O) Experience supporting a commercial sales or account management team Experience managing customer agreements, pricing updates, invoicing or contract administration Experience within waste management, environmental services, industrial services or other B2B sectors Experience contributing to process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives
