The Role
Our new Sales Administrator will play a key role in keeping our Commercial team running smoothly across a fast-paced, customer-focused food business. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing, you’ll provide essential support across customer accounts, promotional activity and product launches.
This is a hands-on, varied role where accuracy, organisation and strong communication really matter. You’ll work across multiple customers and brands, helping turn plans into action and ensuring our internal teams and retail partners stay aligned.
This is a site-based role and can be based at either our Tullamore, Cookstown, or Downpatrick location.
Your Key Responsibilities
The new Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing structured, reliable commercial support, including:
- Maintaining and updating customer pricing and data files
- Submitting promotional activity and managing customer promo timelines
- Supporting forecasting processes through demand forecast updates
- Assisting with new product launch documentation and coordination
- Producing sales reports and providing data support to the Commercial team
- Delivering day-to-day administrative support across key customer accounts
- Liaising with internal teams and external customers to ensure clear communication and delivery

The Ideal Candidate
You Will Be
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data, numbers, and deadlines
- Confident using Excel and open to learning new systems
- A clear, professional communicator – written and verbal
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in an office-based or commercial support role
Experience with SAP or retailer portals is an advantage, but not essential.
