About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused individual to join our March team as a Sales Adviser. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, prospecting, and building lasting client relationships. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll help drive new business opportunities, grow market share, and represent haart in the March area within a supportive, ambitious, and high-performing team. If you thrive in property sales, client service, and career progression, this is your chance to grow within the property industry.
Compensation & Structure
- Basic salary: £25,000 per year
- Potential earnings: £42,000* (on-target earnings) + additional commission
- Flexible earnings opportunities through company-wide incentive programmes
- Working hours:
- Full-time: 8:30 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Thursday
- Weekend: 9 AM – 5 PM, every Saturday

Initial Training & Development
Your journey begins with a full week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester: ✔ Industry-leading, interactive training via 1:1 coaching & group refreshers ✔ Proximity learning: Participants reimbursed for accommodation if required ❓ Becoming fully operationally competent via compulsory online tests within that timeframe
At month 2 or 3, trainees switch to Laser & Vector training for a further structured week. At weeks 5/6 of service, return to Advanced Monitoring via On Demand LDC training schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Advisors are cross-functional, making a direct impact through:

Leader: Valuable Welcoming & Market Analysis Coach Ensuring
- Your daily business targets (weekly/monthly) are met and exceeded
- Keeping lists and opportunities in ROSIE (client management system) up to date and action-oriented
- Satisfying property owners in your specialist tech markets using tools like: ✔ Rightmove Opportunity Manager (leads management) ✔ On The Market Valuation Manager ✔ ROSIE implementation with continuous optimization

Prospecting Champion Focuses on door-knocking, canvassing and localized lead generation. 📌 Daily schedules include:
- Implementing structured strategies to maximize the canvassing ROI (nut cracker approach; focus on direct neighborhood conversions)
- Calls with local property owners to restart valuations in ROSIE framework
- Using Social Media (as a brand ambassador)
- Tracking valuations with commitment (% completed / sold status)

Foremost Customer-facing Role
- Handling all calls (outbound & inbound) registered on portal systems
- Identifying keys requirements for valuations & try to secure sales
- Effective client registration to all parties based on 1-2-3 Maximiser principle

- First-class referral work; advocating listings

Essential Requirements
