Sales Adviser – haart Estate Agents, Hayes

haart Estate Agents in Hayes are seeking a Sales Adviser to join their energetic and ambitious team. This dynamic role focuses on generating new and repeat business to secure property valuation bookings while utilizing outbound calls, canvassing, and lead generation. About the Role

As a Sales Adviser at haart, you’ll be part of a supportive, high-performing team dedicated to your success and career growth in the property sector. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about sales, property, and delivering outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities

Core Duties

  • Focus on reaching and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for property valuations.
  • Serve as the branch champion for valuation generation, ensuring high performance in all related activities.
  • Manage outbound call volumes to maintain contact with valuation opportunities tracked via the ROSIE software system.
  • Fully execute call-out campaigns for properties on sale while upholding ROSIE operational standards.
  • Prepare for and attend Morning Meetings, contributing updates on the valuation pipeline.
  • Lead canvassing efforts by implementing a structured door-knocking and zonal strategy to generate new listings while tracking withdrawn properties.
  • Actively engage in ROSIE-based lead management, ensuring no opportunities are lost.
  • Conduct daily 1:1 meetings with your line manager to discuss coaching and business growth.
  • Respond to Rightmove/On The Market lead opportunities and manage intranet leads promptly.
  • Communicate frequently with Local Owner to Sell (LOTS) customers to close valuation opportunities.
  • Generate referral business through exceptional customer interactions.
  • Engage in local prospecting activities, including door knocking, telephoning, leafleting, and social media.
  • Handle inbound calls with accuracy, ensuring proper registration in line with company guidelines and closing opportunities for valuations, viewings, and financial services.

Remuneration & Working Conditions

  • Basic Salary: £25,000 per year
  • Potential Earnings: Complete performance-based income of £42,000+ annually, including commission.
  • Additional, commission-driven schemes and company-wide incentives.
  • Hours:
    • Full-time (4 weekdays): 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
    • Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Requirements

To apply, you must meet the following essential criteria:

  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
  • Own reliable, roadworthy vehicle (proof of insurance required).
  • Full UK work eligibility (Immigration, Asylum & Nationality Act 2006 compliance).
  • Proof of British citizenship, passport or birth certificate.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Basic IT proficiency with precision in handling data.

Bank holidays included in the 30 days annual leave.
