Sales Advisor
Sales Advisor Leicester £25k base / OTE £33k per annum Full-time, permanent
About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and professional Outbound Sales Advisor to join our growing team in Leicester.
As a business, we specialise in providing a best-in-class service to clients procuring:
- Wills
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Probate services
There is no cold calling in this role. Instead, you will engage with customers who have already expressed interest in our services. Your primary focus will be:
- Building trust-based relationships
- Understanding individual circumstances
- Guiding customers through purchasing decisions, often in vulnerable situations

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to warm leads only
- Build strong, empathetic relationships through open, supportive conversations with clients
- Assess customers’ needs by:
- Exploring personal situations
- Understanding family dynamics
- Addressing future concerns
- Recommend suitable, needs-led solutions without pressure
- Provide supportive, sensitive, and professional care to vulnerable customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
- Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and ethical standards

Experience & Requirements
Applicants should have, or develop quickly:
- Relevant experience in outbound sales or advisory roles, ideally within:
- Legal services
- Financial services
- Insurance (or equivalent sectors)
- Exceptional listening skills and a consultative, customer-first approach
- Confidence in discussing sensitive and emotional topics
- A calm, empathetic manner, especially when assisting vulnerable customers
