Role Description

The Sales Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Birmingham. The Sales Advisor will engage directly with customers, present products and services, respond to inquiries, and provide information that supports confident purchasing decisions.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
  • Clear, professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer service skills with a focus on listening, problem-solving, and delivering a positive experience.
  • Sales skills, including closing techniques, product knowledge, and working toward measurable targets.
  • Training-related skills, such as the ability to learn quickly and share knowledge with colleagues when needed.
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or promotions is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to work on-site in Birmingham on a full-time basis and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic numeracy and computer skills for handling transactions and recording sales data.
