Sales Advisor
Sales Advisor – GSF Car Parts

About the Role
We’re seeking an outstanding Sales Advisor to join our team and support the branch by meeting and exceeding customer needs while contributing to sales targets.
Main Duties Include
- Developing strong customer relationships and applying effective sales techniques
- Working within the sales team to promote and sell products, handling telephone and electronic queries
- Ensuring full customer satisfaction for part orders, Returns (RMA) services, or product queries
- Contributing to team performance while setting and meeting personal sales benchmarks to drive promotions
- Liaising with the Distribution Coordinator to manage customer delivery requirements
- Enhancing product knowledge through internal training materials and an e-learning portal
Working Hours
45-hour average (Mon–Fri), including rotating Saturday shifts.

About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in telesales or customer service, ideally in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Confidence in upskilling and adapting to new systems (experience with car parts shops and tools, or software like MAM/Allicat, would be useful but isn’t mandatory)
Requirements
To excel in this role, you’ll need to:
- Work well under pressure while delivering consistent, high-quality results
- Be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain a customer-centric mindset, motivated by sales targets
- Handle rejection professionally while staying goal-driven
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Be an active team player who can also function independently
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Have basic IT literacy (proficient in common software applications)
