Sales Advisor – The Perfume Shop

The Role
Are you passionate about perfume, enjoy interacting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment?
Our Sales Advisors play a vital role in ensuring every customer feels valued, confident, and special. By creating exceptional customer experiences and driving sales results, you’ll help shape the success of your store while being part of an amazing, supportive team.
- Contract Hours: 8 hours per week
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Pay Rate: £8.81 – £13.04 per hour
What You Will Do
- Greet customers attentively and deliver outstanding service by anticipating and meeting their needs
- Serve as a perfume expert, offering tailored advice to help customers choose the perfect scent. Training is provided to ensure your success
- Support the team in achieving and exceeding store, team, and personal sales targets. Exceptional performance earns competitive commission, bonuses, and exciting prizes
- Nurture your customer relationships by providing a free shopper reward card on every visit, maximising future spending and engagement
