Sales Advisor
Sales Advisor – Part-Time Contract (8 Hours)

Role Overview
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll contribute to an energetic retail team passionate about our products and delivering memorable customer experiences. Whether helping with sales, serving our growing customer base, or maintaining exceptional store standards, you’ll play a vital role in our retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving Sales & Customer Engagement
- Meet sales targets by showcasing the brand’s passion and tying it to product benefits.
- Process purchases professionally, ensuring transactions are smooth and efficient.
- Deliver excellent customer service—ensuring every visit is warm, welcoming, and enjoyable.

Store & Presentation Standards
- Maintain a clean, healthy, and safe store environment through effective housekeeping.
- Present our product range in an appealing and organised manner, offering visual appeal to shoppers.

Product & Promotional Excellence
- Provide customers with detailed insights on products—including features, benefits, and availability.
- Apply markdown/price changes as agreed within timeframes.
- Support merchandising efforts in line with guidelines, adding freshness to our displays.

Operational Support
- Assist with product replenishment and stock management.
- Process store deliveries with responsibility.
What We’re Looking For
This role suits someone with a natural enthusiasm for:
- Customer interaction—creating an inviting, enjoyable shopping experience.
- Sales collaboration—working dynamically with a customer-focused team.
- Visual storytelling—understanding the impact of well-curated, inspirational displays.
- Temferance with cash handling, card transactions, and till operations.
- Retail experience is a plus but is not essential—we invest in talent from all backgrounds!
