The Role: Part-Time Sales Advisor (Temporary Contract)
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be the embodiment of Seasalt’s values, placing the customer at the heart of everything. You’ll play a vital role in:
- Supporting the store team
- Creating a memorable shopping experience
What You’ll Be Doing
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and inspiring service, showcasing a thorough knowledge of:
- Our brand identity
- Products and design inspiration
- Services offered
- Recommend additional products and solutions to drive sales and gather customer insights
- Actively boost sales across channels, including:
- Introducing customers to our website (as a selling tool)
- Supporting with processing online orders
- Encouraging purchases via digital platforms
- Provide first-point resolution for customer issues, actively seeking win-win solutions
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to:
- Hit sales and profitability targets
- Maintain consistent KPI achievement
- Assist with store visual merchandising, ensuring adherence to:
- Window displays and standards
- Product and category layouts
- Bestseller promotion for maximum commercial impact
- Support store operations, including:
- Stock management
- Loss prevention
- Health and safety
- Store safety standards
