About the Role
Originally founded in Penzance in 1981, Seasalt began by selling workwear to local mariners before evolving into a leading UK lifestyle brand with over 80 UK and Irish stores, 400+ wholesale partners, and a thriving online business. While our business has expanded, we’ve never forgotten our roots.
We specialise in well-crafted clothing, exceptional customer service, and strong community connections. As we grow further in the UK and internationally, we prioritise delivering excellence across all touchpoints—from our warehouses and stores to customer service—and are seeking a dedicated team that shares and upholds our values.
Our commitment to fostering a positive workplace was recognised with the Drapers Award for "Best Place to Work".
As part of our retail team, Sales Advisors play a vital role as brand ambassadors. They ensure customers are at the heart of every interaction, enabling seamless shopping experiences and reinforcing Seasalt’s reputation for quality and service.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
