Join ProCook as a Sales Advisor!
We believe great cooking starts with the right tools and great people. We’re looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.
The Role
Customer-facing sales position with structured training, clear performance expectations, and bonus opportunities based on targets.
As a Sales Advisor, you will:
- Create an inviting shopping environment
- Help customers find products that match their culinary style
- Answer queries and provide unparalleled service
Location: Glasgow Braehead Store Contract: Permanent, part-time (16hrs per week)
Recommended shift pattern: 4 x 4-hour shifts across:
- Two weekday sessions
- Saturday
- Sunday

You’ll Thrive If You Have:
🔹 Experience in customer-facing sales (retail/customer service preferred) 🔹 Strong communication skills (both verbal and active listening) 🔹 Flexibility to work weekends & peak hours (rotating start times) 🔹 A willingness to upskill and embrace sales-focused development 🔹 Confidence to exceed targets and motivate performance
