About the Role
At GSF Car Parts, our Sales Advisors make it happen. They are outgoing, dynamic, and passionate, ensuring they provide the very best service. They care about their customers and our business, which is foundational to our success.
We are looking for an outgoing Sales Advisor who will support the branch by fully satisfying customer needs and contributing to achieving branch and individual sales targets.
Main Duties
- Developing sound customer relationships and applying effective sales techniques
- Working within the sales team on product promotions by answering telephone queries and addressing electronic inquiries
- Fully satisfying customer needs in respect of part orders, returns, or queries
- Contributing to a positive team performance while working on personal benchmarks to optimize performance and support promotions
- Liaising with the Distribution Coordinator to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Developing knowledge of products through internal literature study
- Using e-learning portals to enhance performance
Working Hours
45 (average) hours per week, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday shifts.

About You
As a Sales Advisor, you will have experience in telesales and/or customer service, ideally in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
Key Qualities & Skills
To succeed, you must:
- Work well and deliver results under pressure
- Be organized, with great attention to detail
- Be customer-focused
- Be target-driven, motivated by sales, and able to handle rejection effectively
- Develop and learn continuously
- Be a team player while also able to work independently
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be IT literate
- Car parts knowledge (e.g., familiarity with MAM/Allicat) would be beneficial but is not essential
