Sales Advisor
Sales Advisor - GSF Car Parts
As part of our outgoing, dynamic, and passionate team, Sales Advisors at GSF Car Parts play a pivotal role in driving business success through exceptional customer service.
We are seeking a customer-focused, results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team. As part of your role, you will work to fully satisfy customer needs and contribute to achieving both branch and individual sales targets.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop strong customer relationships and employ effective sales techniques
- Support the sales team in promoting products by handling telephone and electronic queries
- Fully address customer needs regarding part orders, repairs, or queries
- Drive positive team performance while aligning personal benchmarks to optimise individual contributions
- Collaborate with the Distribution Coordinator to meet customer delivery requirements
- Expand knowledge of car parts through study of internal literature
- Utilise the e-learning portal to enhance performance
Working Hours: Average of 45 hours per week (Monday to Friday), including alternate Saturday shift work.

About You: The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in telesales and/or customer service, ideally in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
- Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering outstanding results
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Deeply customer-focused and goal-driven, able to handle rejection professionally
- Motivated by sales prospects and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident IT literacy required (knowledge of car parts and MAM/Allicat is a plus but not mandatory)
