Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to identify new sales opportunities.
- Follow up on warm leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Research prospective clients to understand their business needs.
- Build a consistent sales pipeline to meet monthly targets.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to each customer.
- Overcome customer objections using advanced negotiation techniques.
- Close sales deals effectively over the telephone.
- Manage customer accounts to encourage repeat business.

Skills and Experience
- A passion for and experience in delivering fantastic customer service.
- Previous experience in a sales advisor/customer service position.
- An interest in boating and/or knowledge of the Marine industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and problem solve.
- Knowledge of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) systems.
- Highly result-driven and motivated by delivering and exceeding targets.
