Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS) Customer Service Advisor Opportunity
JPS, a division specializing in solutions and building materials for Public Sector clients like Housing Associations and Local Authorities, is seeking a passionate Customer Service Advisor.
About the Role

Working Hours
7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Get to know our product lines and services to enhance customer interactions in line with JPS values.
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers, both face-to-face and over the phone, by understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions for the best experience.
- Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organize delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
- Keep the branch and yard clean and tidy to make a great first impression on customers.
- Maintain stock levels by carrying out regular stock counts.
- Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement.
