As a Sales Advisor of The Perfume Shop, your primary mission is to create an exceptional customer experience. Whilst contributing to daily store operations and driving revenue, you embody our vision of customer centrism—where every individual feels valued, confident, and celebrated.
Key Details
- Contract Hours: 8 per week
- Contract Type: Permanent basis
- Pay Level: £8.81–£13.04 per hour
Responsibilities
Your core functions include:
- Warm customer greetings and attentive service tailored to each guest’s unique needs
- Specialist advice on perfumes, paired with enhancing training to ensure expertise (provided by us)
- Teamwork to meet and surpass store targets—complete with competitive incentives and prizes
- Delivering VIP treatment (your customer reward cards are complimentary for lifetime savings)
