Key Responsibilities

As a Telephone Sales Advisor, your main duties will include:

  • Conducting outbound cold calls to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Following up on warm leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Researching prospective clients to deepen understanding of their business needs.
  • Maintaining a consistent sales pipeline to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Delivering persuasive, tailored sales pitches to engage customers effectively.
  • Applying advanced negotiation techniques to overcome objections and close deals.
  • Closing sales over the phone while building strong customer relationships.
  • Managing customer accounts to encourage repeat business.

Requirements & Skills

To excel in this role, we seek:

  • A passion for and commitment to delivering fantastic customer service.
  • Previous experience in a sales advisor or customer service position.
  • An interest in boating or strong knowledge of the Marine industry (advantageous).
  • Outstanding communication skills to build trust and close deals.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
  • The ability to organise, prioritise, and problem-solve under pressure.
  • Experience with SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) systems.
  • A result-driven mindset with high motivation to exceed targets.
