Sales Advisor

Sales Advisor – Perfume Expert – The Perfume Shop

We’re looking for people who are passionate about perfume and love making customers feel special. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working in a supportive team, and have a knack for connecting with people, we’d love to hear from you.


The Role

Do you passionate about perfume and enjoy nurturing customer relationships? Then join our expert Sales Advisors and help us deliver unforgettable shopping experiences while driving sales and targets.

  • Contracted Hours: 5.5 per day
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Pay Rate: £8.81 – £13.04 per hour

Work as part of a dedicated team, helping customers discover their perfect scent while supporting store operations to meet key performance goals.


What You’ll Do

As a Sales Advisor, your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Greeting customers with a warm welcome and ensuring they receive exceptional service tailored to their needs.
  • Advising customers on perfume choices, showcasing your newfound perfume expertise (training provided!).
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets, with exciting incentives and prizes on offer for successes.
  • Ensuring every customer receives a free VIP reward card to enjoy future discounts and savings.
