About The Role…
We are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join our team in Wakefield, ideally you will have previous Telesales experience, ideally working within the Utilities / Power Industry, within Technical Telesales / or alternatively you are a Graduate looking into the Utilities / Power Sector.
As a Sales Advisor you will…
- Initiating sales with potential customers and engaging with our customers and upsell Ipsum Utilities services
- Generating repeat sales, gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products. Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers is an essential part of this position.
