Sales Advisor – GSF Car Parts

Support a successful automotive parts distributor in delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and contributing to operational excellence as a Sales Advisor.


About the Role

At GSF Car Parts, our Sales Advisors are the driving force behind customer satisfaction and sales success. You’ll be an outgoing, dynamic, and customer-focused professional who thrives on building relationships, resolving queries efficiently, and exceeding performance targets.

We’re seeking a passionate Sales Advisor to support branch sales, enhance customer experiences, and contribute towards achieving both team and individual performance targets.


Main Duties Include

  • Building and maintaining customer relationships using effective sales techniques and consultative strategies
  • Handling telephone and electronic queries, including promotions, part orders, and customer concerns
  • Ensuring customer needs are fully satisfied for orders, returns, or product-related queries
  • Collaborating with the sales team to promote product lines and achieve performance benchmarks
  • Liaising with the Distribution Co-ordinator to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders
  • Expanding product knowledge through internal training materials and e-learning platforms
  • Utilising MAM/Allicat (ideal but not essential experience) systems to assist customers efficiently

Working hours: Average 37-hour week, Monday–Friday, with alternate Saturday shifts provided.

About You

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Experience in telesales or customer service, preferably within a fast-paced sales-driven environment
  • A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a proven ability to deliver under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Highly motivated and target-driven – able to handle rejection professionally and stay focused on sales goals
  • Self-driven with both team spirit and the ability to work independently
  • Outstanding communication skills – verbal and written – to engage customers and colleagues effectively
  • IT literate, comfortable using systems for orders, queries, and internal tools
  • Helpful (but not essential): Knowledge of car parts, MAM/Allicat, or related automotive software
  • Willingness to learn and develop, contributing to personal and team success
