Sales Advisor

Sales Advisor – Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor)

Location: South Midlands Region, Northampton (NN4 9BS) Package: Competitive salary + attractive benefits

We are now expanding our South Midlands region and are seeking talented Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) to lead our sales function, act as the primary point of contact for customers, and drive home sales within our high standards framework.


About the Role

You will manage the development sales team, oversee the entire customer journey—from initial contact to post-completion—and ensure seamless delivery of Miller Homes’ sales vision, while hitting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the development sales process—from pre-launch to post-sale handover—ensuring a cohesive and professional customer journey.
  • Act as the central customer contact—build lasting relationships with both prospective and existing buyers, addressing their needs and fulfilment throughout their home purchase.
  • Coordinate with customers to align expectations, enquiries, and After Sales obligations under company standards and procedural guidelines.
  • Elevate development project presentation—curate every aspect to reflect our brand’s premium sales message and uphold the highest standards.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate:

  • A proven track record of high-performance in sales.
  • Exceptional customer-facing and sales-exceptions skills, with a professional, adaptable, and engaging demeanour.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to analyse issues, report findings, and implement solutions effectively.
  • Quick-thinking and strategic—notational to assess dynamic situations and deliver maximum results for sales outcomes.
