Customer Service Advisor - Flooring Sales

Your Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Work closely with your store team to create memorable interactions for every customer
- Provide comprehensive pre-sales guidance and seamless order completion
- Handle post-sales inquiries with professionalism and address rare (but critical) complaint escalations

- Assist with promotional adjustments and maintain spotless store hygiene
- Join forces under the mentorship of a dedicated Store Manager (top flooring expertise)
- Continuously identify engoways to enhance services, store aesthetics, or operational efficiency

Master Flooring Knowledge
- Learn Tapi’s product portfolio inside-out to offer tailored advice
- Develop skills in sketching Design Concepts and room costing to deliver premium flooring precision
