Job Description: Sales Advisor

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Advisor, you will:

  • Fully explain product features and benefits, conducting live online screen-sharing demos as needed
  • Generate revenue from existing fuel card customers and new prospect outreach
  • Follow up on internal leads and website inquiries
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
  • Maximise upsell opportunities, securing additional orders or customer referrals
  • Take customer orders and coordinate installations

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for a driven sales professional with:

  • 12+ months of telesales experience (preferably B2B or B2C)
  • Proven track record of winning new accounts and sustaining profitable revenue
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills
  • Goal-driven mindset, committed to target achievement for revenue growth
  • Collaborative nature, contributing to our high-performance team
  • Adaptability—quick learner with agility to think on your feet
