Sales Advisor

Customer Service and Sales Associate (Flooring) – Tapi Carpets & Floors

We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about people and customer service! This role is all about assisting customers to bring their vision to life through the power of a great product.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside your store team to "wow" customers at every interaction.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, assisting with:
    • Pre-sales queries
    • Order completions
    • Post-sales questions
    • Escalating rare complaints
  • Support your team with promotional activities and store housekeeping, reporting directly to one of our Store Managers.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve store operations, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Learn about our glorious products and collections to deliver bespoke advice tailored to each customer.
  • Train in room design and costing to uphold flooring excellence.
