Sales Advisor
Sales Advisor – Retail Branch (GSF Car Parts)
At GSF Car Parts, our Sales Advisors are the driving force behind our success. Outgoing, dynamic, and passionate, they provide exceptional service while building strong customer relationships. This attitude is core to our business’s growth and reputation.
We are now seeking an impressionable Sales Advisor who will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Meet sales targets for the branch.
- Contribute effectively to team performance while continuously improving their own skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships and apply proven sales techniques to meet customer needs.
- Work within the sales team:
- Handle telephone and electronic queries to promote products.
- Process part orders, repairs, or inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate to achieve team sales targets and personal performance benchmarks.
- Work closely with the Distribution Coordinator to ensure timely deliveries.
- Develop product knowledge using internal literature and:
- Utilise e-learning portals to enhance performance.
- Support branch innovations and promotions.

Working Hours: ~37 average hours per week, Monday–Friday, plus occasional Saturday shifts.
About You
We’re looking for a Sales Advisor with a confidence in customer-facing roles, ideally in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in telesales and/or customer service.
- Ability to:
- Perform under pressure and meet targets.
- Remain organised and detail-oriented.
- Stay customer-focused and target-driven.
- Take initiative and handle rejection professionally.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic IT proficiency (familiarity with MAM/Allicat systems preferred but not essential).
