Job Opportunity: Magic AI Sales Advisor at John Lewis, Oxford Street, London

We offer:
- £15 per hour plus commission
- Work on Saturdays and Sundays
- 14 hours per week
- 6 months fixed term contract

Our client, Magic AI, is redefining wellness through intelligent technology and human connection. Their flagship product, the Wellness Mirror, combines advanced AI insights with beautifully designed smart-mirror experiences to help people better understand their health, wellbeing, and daily habits from the comfort of home.
Magic AI is an innovation-led brand focused on making personalized wellness more accessible, empowering, and engaging for modern consumers. This role is pivotal in bringing the customer experience to life, and we are looking for enthusiastic, passionate Sales Specialists who can represent Stellar and our client, Magic AI, to lead the way by delivering exceptional customer service.

What you will be doing in your role:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and driving brand advocacy
- Building a great rapport with customers

- Converting interest into sales

What experience you’ll need to be successful:
- Prior experience in a premium customer service environment
- The ability to convert sales and achieve KPIs
- Studying or achieved sports qualifications would be advantageous
- Able to work independently
Other qualities we are looking for:
- Passionate about fitness and/or wellness
- Someone who is customer-oriented and takes a consultative approach to selling
- A team-player who loves sharing their passion with others
- Ambition and openness to learn and develop your own skill set
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive mentality and a drive to succeed
Training:
- In-depth initial product training with quarterly refresher courses
- Customer service sales training
What do we offer:
- £15 per hour plus incentive
- 14 hours contract
- Fixed term contract, 6 months
- Location: John Lewis, Oxford Street, London
- Working days: Sat and Sun
- Sat: 10am-6pm, Sun: 12noon-6pm
- Professional training will be provided
