Sales Advisor – South West Division, Bellway

Join Bellway, one of the UK’s largest housebuilders, and take up this exciting opportunity in our South West Division. We are currently recruiting a Sales Advisor to join the dynamic Sales Team, based at our development in Brislington, Bristol (BS4 5JJ).
The Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for the following core duties:
- Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by senior management.
- Proactively liaise with customers, solicitors, and financial advisors to ensure timely contract exchanges and legal completions, including assisting post-completion with repair reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and colleagues to generate ideas to boost sales performance.
- Maintain the highest standards of site presentation, including upkeep and branding.
- Provide accurate, detailed information to potential buyers regarding our products, features, and benefits.
- Guide customers through show homes, stock plots, and sites to highlight our offering.
- Ensure Bellway’s Health and Safety Policy is communicated and adherence is guaranteed for all site visitors.
- Utilise Bellway’s CRM system effectively, maintaining accurate records for sales tracking.
- Coordinate with the Site Manager to arrange customer visits and meetings in a timely manner.
- Attend weekly Sales/Site Meetings with the Site Manager, recording proceedings and completing assigned action points.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Experience
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the housebuilding industry is beneficial.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience working with confidential/sensitive information in a professional setting.
- Knowledge of the property sales and marketing process.
- Familiarity with customer-focused sales environments, including home visits.
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships with other property professionals and external agencies.
- Current full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business-related travel as required.
Skills & Aptitude:
- The ability to master knowledge of the home buying/conveyancing process.
- Self-motivated with strong planning, prioritisation, and organisation skills to meet sales/completion targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with adaptability to new systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The Role & Working Conditions
- This is a predominantly site-based role with regular travel to our divisional offices.
- Willingness to adapt to a flexible working schedule, including evenings, weekends, and additional hours as required.
