Sales Advisor – Burlington Arcade, London
About the Role

Focusing on timeless elegance, authenticity, and luxury, we’re looking for a Sales Advisor who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences with confidence, warmth, and sophistication.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with grace, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Build long-term relationships and craft memorable shopping experiences
- Guide customers through a personalised and consultative sales journey
- Share the awe-inspiring story, craftsmanship, and heritage behind every Borsalino creation
- Develop client relationships through engaging clienteling activities
- Strive to achieve and exceed boutique sales targets
- Assist with daily operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and cashier duties
- Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, and boutique elegance

Requirements
- Prior retail experience, preferably in luxury or premium brands (ideal)
- A passion for customer service and relationship-building
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, proactive mindset—great team spirit essential!
- Attention to detail, with an appreciation for craftsmanship and style
- Fluent English; fluency in other languages is an added advantage
