Hybrid - Home Working + 2 days per week at Head Office (DE4 3YH)
Fixed term: August 2026 to July 2027
37.5 hours per week
£25,200 per annum
If you enjoy building relationships, uncovering customer needs and converting enquiries into sales, this could be the perfect opportunity. You'll manage group enquiries across phone, email and web channels, guiding customers from their initial enquiry through to booking while delivering outstanding service.
What will you be doing as a Group Sales Advisor?
- Managing inbound group sales enquiries
- Converting leads into bookings and achieving sales targets
- Maximising every sales opportunity through upselling and tailored solutions
- Building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Following up enquiries to improve conversion rates
- Maintaining accurate customer records and booking information
- Delivering a high-volume, high-quality sales service
What Skills and Experience do you need to be a Group Sales Advisor?
- Proven experience in a sales, telesales, contact centre or customer-facing sales role
- A track record of achieving targets and converting enquiries into sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident IT user, including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Our current office opening hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. We will require flexibility to work as required to cover telephone opening hours, this may include occasional Saturdays and Bank Holidays.
