About the Role
As a Rituals Advisor, you will be part of our store team, engaging directly with customers to listen to their needs and advise on the best product matches, creating memorable customer experiences.
Being a Rituals Advisor means being a luxury sales advisor with exciting career opportunities. By working closely with your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you’ll focus on achieving personal and store targets. Daily interactions with customers ensure the best-in-class customer experience while following store operational, safety procedures, and maintaining the store according to company visual merchandising standards.

- Relevant experience in a similar retail or hospitality role

- High attention to detail, organised, and structured
